I don’t know about you, but I am someone who definitely has a sweet tooth from time to time! The need to dive into something sweet takes over and this Vanilla Vegan Protein Mug Cake recipe takes care of that need! And, you don’t have to ruin your entire day of healthy eating!

I love to have this as a dessert after dinner or sometimes even during the time between lunch and dinner when I am craving a good snack!

While I am personally not vegan, I do enjoy our Vegan Power Pro from time to time.

One thing to take note if you are vegan or if you use a vegan protein, is to make sure your protein source has a full amino acid profile.
