My name is Carly-Ann and I am a health and wellness enthusiast who dropped out of grad school to travel the world and discover my real passion and desire for helping others. And if I’m being completely honest, I am figuring things out as I go!

I am on an ever evolving journey that is often messy, unsure, and a bit CRAZY at times! But I am CHOOSING Crazy Over Easy. In this podcast, you’ll be hearing from not only myself, but also many other individuals who are learning to navigate their way through life and recognizing that life is NOT a one size fits all!

Throughout each episode, I hope you find yourself inspired and motivated to love the journey you are on but also learn to appreciate when things feel like somewhat of a hot mess. 

 In today’s fast paced, highlight reel society, we get wrapped up in the feelings of not being enough OR feeling like we always need to be doing MORE because others are ten steps ahead of us.

While I believe we need to strive to be the best version of ourselves, it’s an interesting balance between accepting ourselves and knowing we can be better. In each episode I hope you feel a sense of NORMAL, whatever that may be these days, as well as a desire to take steps every day to move yourself forward and closer to the goals and dreams you have for yourself.
