Quick & Effective Travel Day Workout


Quick and effective before travel day today! ✈️ FULL BODY 25 MINUTE EMOM

EMOM stands for every minute on the minute. Compete the reps for the movement and use the remainder of the minute to rest 🤗

WORKOUT: 5 exercise. 5 rounds
1️⃣ Close Stance DB Squat X20
2️⃣ Bulgarian Split Squats X10 each leg
3️⃣ DB Bent Over Row into DB bent over fly X12 each move
4️⃣ Arnold Press X15
5️⃣ Side Laterals X20
