Dumbbell-Only Leg Workout

DB only leg day! This one left me WAY more sore than I expected! 👏🏼🔥

For the sake of the video I was using lighter weights BUT always use a weight where the last 2-3 reps a challenging for you! 👏🏼 Push Yourself!

WORKOUT:
1️⃣ Goblet Squat to RDL 4X10
2️⃣ Weighted Glute Kickback (hold for 3 seconds at the top of the movement) 4X10 each leg
3️⃣ SUPERSET: a. Squat 4X10
4️⃣ b. Jump Squat 4X20
5️⃣ SUPERSET: a. Curtsy Lunge 4X10 each leg
6️⃣ b. Squat Pulses X20
7️⃣ Walking Lunges 4X10 each leg

Rest about 45 seconds to 1 minute between sets.
