BANANA MANGO COOKIE BATTER SMOOTHIE BOWL!
I have made a number of smoothie bowls over the years but this Banana Mango Cookie Batter Smoothie Bowl was amazing! From the consistency, to the subtle sweet dessert like breakfast taste, it was exactly what I was craving!
Smoothie bowls are great because you can easily adjust any of the ingredients to make them to your likings and then you can add all sorts of fun toppings to make YOUR perfect creation!
I have found that Nancy’s Oatmilk Yogurt helps create a thicker consistency when trying to make more of a smoothie bowl versus just a smoothie. You can use any type of yogurt, but I do try and stay dairy free so this is the current yogurt I am enjoying!
Throughout pregnancy I have really been struggling to hit my daily protein needs, so these smoothie bowls are a perfect way to sneak in quite a bit of protein!
