8-Minute Ab Workout


8 MINUTE ABS! 👏🏼🔥 It’s been a while since I have done these and oh my gosh I need to do them more!

Take breaks when you need them to ensure you are using proper form! 👏🏼 don’t just rep them out.

Perform each movement for 1 minute:
1️⃣ Plank Rotations
2️⃣ Alternating Leg Reverse Crunch
3️⃣ Toe Touches
4️⃣ Single Leg Toe Touches (30 seconds each leg)
*Repeat one more time for a total of 8 minutes
